Hi and thanks for visiting my site.
My name is Rob Jameson from Great Britain and I’m a carpenter by trade. I started woodworking at the age of 15 as my father taught me the tricks of the trade.
I’ve created this site to help people find the right plans for their woodworking project and give some carpenters’ tips along the way.
Since I am used to working on larger projects like wooden attics, I never considered woodworking as a hobby.
But when my wife asked me to build my eighteen month old daughter a child bed I was a bit confused. I never build children furniture before.
I found a great set of woodworking plans online and started work.
And I found it to be great fun! Even after a long day, working on Mary’s bed was actually quite relaxing. Not to mention how rewarding it was to see my little girl sleep in the bed for the first time.
I hope you enjoy my tips and favorite plans and have as much fun woodworking as I do.
